The innovative take away range Bio Appetì, recently started at the beginning of 2012 with 2 vegetable mashes and three ethnic recipes at disposal also in the practical lunch box with spoon included, is enriched with two new mashes, perfect and highly fit for widening  our menu  in view of the coming Autumn.

Mash with amaranth and beetroot: it combines the nourishing properties of amaranth – seed not containing gluten and rich in fibres with high organic value- with the benefits of the beetroot – multivitamin and multi mineral vegetable which, thanks to the saponin presence, permits also the elimination of excessive fats and toxins.

Mash with black cabbage, with high fiber content, is characterized by black cabbage, a vegetable from the cruciferae family and typical of the cuisine from Tuscany, rich in vitamins A and C – low calories.
