Group participation in ANUGA – Cologne, 07/11 October 2017

Bioexport is participating in ANUGA which is not exclusively dedicated to the biological agri-food sector but which represents the whole food industry worldwide and gives tremendous opportunities to the exhibiting companies to be visible at international level.

At such a wide and rich trade event BIOEXPORT and its member companies will exhibit a selection of their biological products and aim at “making their way” to meet the ambitions and achieve the objectives of the Italian biological industry. At each edition more and more people ask for information and advice about biological products. This is evidence that the biological sector is such an appreciated and recognized industry at international level.

Germany in particular is the first target market for Italian agri food exports. In 2015 Italian exports amounted to € 6 billion and increased by 6,2% compared to 2014.

In Nurnberg took place the 28th edition of BIOFACH, the trade show dedicated to the organic agriculture and market.

Business is growing and the market confirms to be solid.

BIOEXPORT was at BIOFACH to exhibit the new products of its member companies.

CONSORTIUM FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION “ BIOEXPORT EMILIA-ROMAGNA” AT SANA 2015

Sana 2015-  just finished the 27th edition of the fair – represented  a top event as far as organic food and technologies are concerned, thanks to the connection with Parco della Biodiversità and The Organic and Natural Hall at Expo Milan. A rich program of events, workshops, B2B, foreign visitors and delegations have animated the fair which concentrated in Bologne the worldwide debate about alimentation and nutrition. The 2015 edition collected important figures: more than 45.800 visitors, plus 40% foreign visitors, plus 25% exhibitors, an edition with a strong international footprint with something like 4000 meetings with foreign delegates coming from 21 foreign countries: all that in order to improve the “ organic made in Italy” performances also abroad. Consortium Bioexport took part in the Sana event under its new title of Consortium for Internationalization, making focus on new products ( like pasta from rice and equisetum ) and on proper innovative projects like
 “ The vegan sandwich” ( project by Paola Maugeri in cooperation with our company member Con.Bio). All that at the presence of 30 journalists of the sector and a wide public of consumers and operators.

Grande iniziativa dei Consorzi Bioexport e Romagna Alimentare della Regione Emilia Romagna a Lubiana, in Slovenia.
Una straordinaria promozione dei nostri prodotti e anche uno scambio di cultura culinaria della nostra Regione e di quella slovena.
Un'azione di grande ambasceria per promuovere i soci dei consorzi e i loro prodotti... che si è realizzata in un evento straordinario di grandissimo successo e che farebbe sicuramente arrossire qualche record della categoria.
Infatti la responsabile del Consorzio Romagna Alimentare, la Dott.ssa Grazia Ghinassi, in uno scenario particolare, il Museo Metzni di Lubiana, alla testa del team di cuochi, messi a disposizione dalle due organizzazioni, ha preparato cappelletti per almeno 400 persone (120 uova 11 Kg di farina per un totale di ben 12 sfoglie).
